As a seasoned mortgage professional with 26 years of experience I have a comprehensive understanding of all loan programs and guidelines.  I find joy in helping my clients achieve their financial needs and goals.  I find it particularly rewarding to assist first time homebuyers.  In the mortgage industry each loan situation is different so it is important for me to help my clients find the program that works best for them.  I love creating long term relationships throughout the loan process and the flexibility this industry provides for me.  Outside of the office I enjoy walking on our beautiful Southern California beaches and love to express my creativity through woodworking.
